Which script handles the sticky header?

Trying to figure out which script loads the sticky header because we have WP-Rocket installed and “Load Javascript Deferred” and “Delay Javascript Execution” enabled and sticky header doesn’t work when logged out (cached).

We already have some other scripts excluded from these settings but can’t find the sticky header one.

Also, any experience with what other scripts to absolutely not defer or delay?

Navigate to Theme Settings -> Performace -> Plugins and enable the “WP Rocket delay JS exclusions” option: https://take.ms/9N1uH

Clear the site/browser/server cache and recheck the issue.
