While checkout my previous theme used to display the list of shipping agents from which user can select one. I was using the plugin called Shiprocket. Now that selection is not showing. How can i enable that.
It used to display when user perform checkout and enters the postal code.
Similarly how to change the title of the website. That seems like i am not able to change.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

I am not saying its an issue in your theme. It was a good feature in my previous theme so asking it same present in your. If not any idea what can i do to show user delivery changes while performing checkout?
And please help me how to change the title. Like when website open in the tab we see a text. That value i want to change?

Check the shipping option there. It’s show those option because of a plugin called Shiprocket. If this is how i can show, what other option i have. Thats all i want to know.
Your theme is really nice. I am still checking those videos and docs for making changes. Few thing i would like really faster so asking.

You must be
logged in to view attached files.
They should look the same with our theme as well. If it doesn’t work, we need your admin access to test both with WoodMart and default theme to see the difference.

Right now i did tried and it not working that way. Shared creds. Please look into it. Thank you very much for help.

Can we install Storefront theme on your website and switch temporarily?
Right now all the changes you are seeing is in production env. If that’s something you must then okay do it.
We don’t see these options with Storefront now. Also, while testing, check how it works without custom layouts. You can disable them in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Layouts -> Checkout.
