White area above main header

Hi,

Is this some kind bug – this white area above main header (print screen attached)

I have checked header option and nothing can do with this.
I have create new header from scratch and this problem show either.

Hello,

Please disable the Header banner in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Header banner, if it does not help, please provide the site admin access to the private area I will check the settings.
