White header (logo and texts) then black

I would like the header to be initially white (logo and texts) to be more visible and then when scrolling to be black.

Can this be done?

To make text light, enable the light color scheme for the sticked header row: https://prnt.sc/DThIEftW5rcV
As for the logo, upload the logo that suits for the default and sticky header. Unfortunately, there is no way to change the logo separately for sticked header.
