tereshchenko.valeriiParticipantHello!
The site has content across the entire width.
The background is dark and it became visible that there is a white stripe to the left of the screen.
I read that this is due to [class*=”wd-section-stretch”].
Help me fix the error.September 7, 2025 at 6:25 pm #684903

Go to the page and you will see a white stripe on the left!!!September 10, 2025 at 1:25 pm #685522
Hung PhamParticipantHi tereshchenko.valerii,
I tested on few themes, even with default theme and it is just smallest stripe as you mentioned, so this is non-related theme issues. It depends on how browsers works.
Hope it clears.

Hung PDSeptember 14, 2025 at 6:00 pm #686341
tereshchenko.valeriiParticipantThere can’t be no solution.

Hung PhamParticipantHi tereshchenko.valerii,
Could you please check yourself how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront and run the test with the default theme to understand if it is our theme issue or not? Also share the screenshot of the issue with the default theme.
Best Regards,
Hung PDJuly 28, 2026 at 10:23 am #724403
tereshchenko.valeriiParticipantIf I turn on the default theme, the content is simply distorted. I can’t test it that way.
July 28, 2026 at 1:32 pm #724415Hello,
Can you please share a screenshot showing which white line is showing on your site and where?
Best Regards.

July 29, 2026 at 9:50 am #724472Hello,
You are using a very old version of the theme and not updating the theme. Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.5.5 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
Best Regard
July 29, 2026 at 4:02 pm #724540
tereshchenko.valeriiParticipantFair enough, but I don’t think that will solve the problem, since this bug occurred even when the theme and plugins were up to date.
July 30, 2026 at 9:24 am #724567Hello,
If the issue was also present when the theme and plugins were up to date, then updating may not resolve it.
In that case, please update your website to the latest version of WoodMart and, if the issue still persists, let us know we will investigate the issue further on your website and identify the cause.
Best Regards
