why all my contact form 7 forms have been lost?

amazing thing! chould help me to check what happened for now all my contact form 7 forms have been lost!
this is the second time to lost forms, the first time i lost just one form accidentally, and this time i lost all the forms i built. urgent please!

I saw the screenshot you attached.

The contact forms are the CF7 plugin functionality and our theme doesn’t influence. It seems that you have accidentally deleted the forms.

Could you please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

We haven’t encountered such an issue before.

Thanks for your support, but i am sure that i did’t delete them, i am afraid that if my theme has been hacked or caused by some incompatible plugins?
And, there is a plugin which i have just installed two days ago and then remove as soon as i installed it, the name called “Easy WP SMTP” i remove it because i found that it hacked, this is the url of comments: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/easy-wp-smtp/reviews/?filter=1many
But, i don’t think so, because this issue has been occurred 1 time before this plugin installation, so could help me to check whether so? or else i don’t know how to get started. thanks!
