Also, for the products and categories that are not showing, please ask the WPML support, they will definitely help you in this situation. Maybe you or your developer have enabled any option from the WPML settings which created this issue for you. Because all the products, categories, and pages are showing fine and translated on the backend just not showing on the Frontend.

I have just only set the number of days from the Theme Settings nothing else. If you have a backup of the site then you can run the backup and then set the number of days for the New label from Theme settings.
