Why can’t I get all my images to be the same size?

Some images are square, some are rectangles it looks really strange. How can I edit this?

Also, I cannot remove the menu, even though I have deleted the categories. Every time I delete the menu it comes back.

2) You can disable the HTML block as a dropdown by editing the menu item.
