Why can’t select category products in elementor ?

Why can’t select category products ? I try to add on homepage categories and also try to select from elementor ”categories”, but not working.

Where is my mistake ?

Thanks for reaching to us and take our apologies for the long delay in answering.

You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
