Why does it load page quickly and automatically as soon as submitted a form?

Hello there,
Why does it load page quickly and automatically as soon as a form submitted? so that users cannot clearly view the prompt says: “Your request has been sent successfully. We’ll reply you asap. Thank you!” As i knew there was a button X with in the end of prompt which only user clicked it will close the prompt.
YITH Support Team told me that “this behavior is done by the Woodmart theme that hijacks all notices in that popping up banner.”

Could you please send us a screenshot of how it works with the default WordPress theme and send us your admin access so we can switch between themes and check ourselves?

It is not a notice problem but seems to be a plugin issue. That is why we have to check it with default theme first.
