Why doest my product show in category

How come my product tags and catrergories dont show up when I search?

It only shoes if I put bag?
why not if I put bags aswell?

The search finds products by a keyword only. If you do not have any products with this word search does not find.

i have these key words in the tags and the catergoies but they dont show up in the search,
only the key words from the product Title does#
i,e i have brown shoes product
but if i search brown shoe this wont find this product
how to get around this please
