Why I do not see Alternative-Energy REV Slider

I download the woodmart alternative energy theme. Slider Rev does alternative-energy does not show on the home page. Also, Slider rev is asking me for the purchase. I do not want to purchase it. Please help.

Also, the site is so slow, I really can not work. Why is it like this?

Also, what Ajax error means. sometimes, it pops up.

WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? We are not able to login with the provided password.

We see that the slider is working correctly now. Please, check from your side.

In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

Do you see the Alternative energy slider in Slider Rev? I do not see it? so i can not design. I could not start anything on my site. thats why i am asking you

It is not a Revolution slider. This particular slider is built using our WoodMart slider functionality. And you can find it here https://prnt.sc/uwal1c
As for the performance, we don’t see any problems with the theme when you disabled external plugins.
