why I “Site Address (URL) ” and “WordPress Address (URL)” can’t change to https://
why it is Grey, if I click “Change domain”, it only can only select the domain name，
can’t change to https://

If those are grayed out, it’s because you cannot change them, because they are set in the wp-config file. Gain access to the actual website files, and edit the config file to fix the problem.
