Why is my Faebook share not showing an image?

Hi, when I click on Facebook share button, window opens to see 404-Unothorized and not image why? how can this be corrected? please see Screenshot!

Please, provide your site admin access to the private area as well as the page URL or place where the icon calls the error, I will check the settings.

Please check the credentials I cannot login.
