Why is the theme not allowing prices to be in decimal? and rounding the decimal
although the WooCommerce settings are configured for 3 decimal places

This is a Woocommerce feature and our theme doesn’t influence or have any options to change.

Please, check the decimal value in the “Number of decimals” field (https://prnt.sc/26d7jt6) in Woocommerce -> Settings -> General.

I tested the “Number of decimals” field and everything works well (see below video).

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I already did that.
That’s why I said your theme doesn’t allow as all other themes are allowing the decimal places and not rounding up the figures

Please help fix this ASAP as this is delaying the payment integration testing where I want to test the payment only with the small amount as 0.05 but it doesn’t allow the prices to be in decimal

Sorry, but our theme has nothing to do with prices on the product page or shop page. If you put values in the “Number of decimals” field in the WooCommerce -> Settings -> General and it doesn’t work then this is a problem with the WooCommerce because it’s their functionality. Try to contact their support team.

If this is a woocommerce functionality problem then how is it working fine in other themes.
I have used this theme in 2 of other websites as well and I am facing the same problem.
The websites where there are different themes than this, it works fine

I checked this functionality with the “Twenty Nineteen” theme (that is the default WordPress theme) and I saw the same problem.

Therefore it turns out that it is not a problem with our theme.

Hi,

I just checked why is the product price asking to put comma instead of decimal point?
That happens only in this theme. The payment gateways reject prices with comma instead of decimal thus failing the payment process.

The decimal separator also refers to the functionality of WooCommerce, it can be changed via WooCommerce -> Settings -> General -> Decimal separator.
