Why is there a blank space before the banner and header

I turned off ‘Make it overlap’ in ‘Configure Header settings’, which resulted in a blank space before the banner and header.
If I enable ‘Make it overlap’, it will result in no blank space in the product images and headers on the Single product page.
I don’t want the whitespace between the banner and the header, but I want the whitespace between the product and the header.

Those paddings are important for all the Woocommerce templates, you can simply remove them by adding a negative margin to the first section in your template. https://prnt.sc/bKsuRg0I9U9O
