Why menu items don’t work?

Hi! For more that a year all was ok and today suddenly all menu categories which doesn’t have HTML block doesn’t click e.g. doesn’t lead to anywhere although there are no changes made in the menu. Please precise how to fix this?

I fixed myself, but this is not normal.. why suddenly menu items are not clickable
