Hello, the pictures are same size and when I edit with elementor, everything looks same height. However, after publish, the height is different.

Do you know what will be the problem? Thanks for your assistance in advance.

    Hello,

Please confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

Looking forward to collaborating with you.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

The main image for the “Promo banner” should have by default such sizes as you defined: https://prnt.sc/C_a-8JDNYyMf

So please update the main image and set the “Full” option for it: https://prnt.sc/u3b3lgCvuDYS

Then clear the cache and recheck the issue.

If you ever want to discuss things further, we’re here for you.

    Kind Regards

    Hello Luke,

Thanks for your kind reply, the problem seems to be solved. However, in the sustainability page the problem still exists.

I cannot make all three pictures at same height. I can adjust 2 pictures same height but after finishing the third picture, the first and second one got out of control. How can I solve this?

    Hello,

    Thank you for the clarification.

I see that you are using the element from Elementor, so in this case please check how it works with the default theme like Twenty-twenty or WooCommerce Storefront, just to check whether our theme issue is or not.
