why popup not working?

popup (green button on right) works properly, but in variative product – js – not (form not sending and check not working).
for example:

what’s your opinion? what I have to add?

Do you mean that you have added some custom code and now it is not working? Sorry, but we don’t provide support for any kind of 3rd party customizations.

if I need to add not custom code , but simple button to send form . it can be done on this page? (variable product)

You can use our Popup element for this and add it to the short description or to long descriptions section.
