Why sidebar is not visible on Shop page?

Hi!

Please see picture attached – why sidebar is not visible for tablet and mobile view? I get only semi transparent full screen layer in front of the Shop page. For desktop all is good.

You can enable an off-canvas sidebar when you create a custom shop page as well as you can do this for the default shop page layout. This option will hide the sidebar on selected devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and show it only when you click on the special button.https://postimg.cc/RJ7JZ69b.

If the issue remains, please share the WP admin login details of your site and page url so I will check and give you a possible solution.
