i have to install theme forest zip or woodmart theme to install to get updated feature demo and everything that is is 7.6 .as after unzipping i am geeting theme forest zip and wood mart zip .

i know how to install i want to know i have already live woodmart theme now the updated theme is launced so i have to install only woodmart theme or
i have installed the 7.6 but the process which is shown https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/installation-process/ nothing happen like this anything it got directly installed so is that correct , or i have something wrong because of that this activation and key process is not shown to me .
