Why this support doesn’t work for me?
Sorry now works. My problem is the following one:
We change our site from staging to production but also change domains:
from: https://kavakdeportessrl.com/
to: https://kavak.com.ar/
What should we do to activate this service on the new one? The old one was already deactivated and eliminated. Please check.

Sorry, you have faced the problem.
You can keep two sites on one license if it is one and the same site but two versions: live and staging.
