Why xts-theme_settings_default.css file has IP urls instead of the domain name?

After updating the woodmart template fonts and some styles disappeared from the website. I’ve noticed that its because of the URL paths: now they contain IP address instead of the domain name. I found that this file has IPs: xts-theme_settings_default.css.
How can I fix that correctly?

Hello,
Check your URL configuration in Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks and be sure that the right URL is set there. Then, resave permalinks and go to Theme Settings and resave them too. You can also try to regenerate the CSS generator if you are using it.

before going with this option, can I just manually replace all ips with urls in that file?
The problem disappeared after updatitng theme to the most recent version.
