CuriousParticipantHello,
I can’t figure out how to widen the slider.
October 8, 2019 at 10:21 am #149060
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
You need to change the width of the column. Here is a video tutorial on how to do it: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/responsive-column-control-width-offset-param-usage-explained/ and https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/control-elements-different-devices-responsive-column-controls/
If you want to make it full width, set the row width https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/full-width-row/
Best Regards

CuriousParticipantIs this for Woodmart?
October 8, 2019 at 1:36 pm #149103
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
The slider has been added by means of WP Bakery page builder elements wich are contained in columns and rows. Make the column 1/12 in width as per video tutorials. Or provide site admin access to the private area

CuriousParticipantOkay, thank you. You can make it full with? The category menu has to go over it (as is). The Button and text should just stay as is on the banner.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
When you make the column full width all the content of the slider would also move accordingly. I can make the column full width, however, you will need to enter the slider and move content as you wish. Please advise.
Best Regards

CuriousParticipantHello,
How do I add filters to the shop? I have added a test filter called “Stand”. You can choose between Stand A, Stand B and Stand C. – How do I add them to the shop-page?
Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please provide the screen which banner you want to make full-width.
There are two ways to add filters to the shop page: top filters, they are enabled in the Theme Settings > Shop > Filters https://prnt.sc/pjm9md Filters would be as a dropdown opened on icon click, as you see you can keep them always open. The filter widgets are added in the Appearance > Widgets > Shop filter area;
One more way is adding filters in the sidebar. You need to set the showing the sidebar in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Sidebar and Title, the filter widgets are added in Appearance > Widgets > Shop page widget area.
Best Regards

CuriousParticipantHello,
It must be because you have a smaller screen then me. I have attached the picture of how it looks on my computer. Can you please make it so there isn’t any space in the sides? And the slider isn’t in the middle either.
Kind regards

About the filters. I want to add filters to the shops sidebar and have tried to follow the guide on your page and the path you have sent me, but no filters are showing up on the shop page.
