Widget Area in the header

Hi, we’ve purchased your theme and we are trying to build a header like the one in your demo “digitals” (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-digitals/demo/digitals/), with customized infoboxes with icons and text.
We’ve tried to follow the instructions in your documentation about how to build custom html blocks and how to put them in header widget area (https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/header-custom-text-search-widgets/) but it isn’t working: the area is still completely blank (there’s a div in the code, but it is blank as well).
Are we doing something wrong? Can you help us?
