Memoire AgencyParticipantHey,
We have an issue with the max-width of widgets. We fixed it with CSS.
But the main problem here is the Collapsable widget (accordion style). They dont work properly neither with Layer Nav Widgets.
You will find credentials at private section. We have 3 more issues to explain. We need a new tickets for every single issue?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
You have configured Footer via HTML block: https://gyazo.com/3de77038e541adc658e144223e197963
It means that the widget width is configured in HTML by means of Elementor.
When you set HTML block the collapse feature is not applied. You can recreate the feature with Elementor by means of Accordion.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

Memoire AgencyParticipantThank you for your reply.
So to achieve the accordion feature in widgets area (in shop-archive), I have to change the footer or recreate the accordion feauture via Elementor. Am I corrent?
I am trying to understand the incompatibility in collapsible widget-filters. The footer is much easier to change for us because we are implementing the website via custom design layout.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Yes, that is correct. The collapse feature applies to classic widgets only.
You can either switch to widgets or add a section to your current HTML block, and hide it on the desktop. The current section in the HTML should be hidden on the desktop.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Memoire AgencyParticipantPlease let me be clear for what I am talking about.
I will attach some screenshots to be accurate.
We want to achieve this layout. We disabled the footer element and html block but seems it doesnt fix it.

Memoire AgencyParticipantYes of course.
The page is in Theme setting -> product archive -> widgets with the title “shop sidebar widgets collapse”.
An we want to implement the All filters option at shop/archive page.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You have created the layout for the shop page: https://gyazo.com/2fb89dec0a5cf55a55cd9a9c4a3bcba3
You use the Shop filters widget area and if you want to collapse the widget you need to select this option in the widget: https://gyazo.com/f1563261ede332d78875fa92e25b4670
This option https://gyazo.com/a638c91f91d66dd2a4f2fcb36f40d109 adds the scroll to the widget area
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
