Widget Error

Dear Sir!
After a performance improvement carried out on the website, I notice that the shop page has undergone changes, causing errors.
The sidebar widget that was on the shop page no longer appears.
Before proceeding with a backup restore, I would like to ask you why this happened? and is there a solution? or is it better to resort to backup?
