Widget "Filter by…" as Dropdown not working

Using that widget configured as dropdown for example “brands” I can select from the dropdown a value as expected. This works fine so far. When I then click on “clear filters” it resets all filters and loads all products without filtering them – fine … BUT now the input-field “Filter by” is broken. It does not respond on entering/leaving it so no dropdown is shown anymore.
Just a reload of the whole page resolves this issue.
If have checked your demo-site but you’re not using filter with dropdowns – only lists.

It’s reproducible every time even on a clean install with your demo-content.
Any ideas?
My fault! I was using the wrong widget. i missed your “woodmart”-widget (using standard widget of woocommerce9.
