iskandernowParticipantHello. There was a problem. The WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav widget does not work correctly.
It is not possible to assign an attribute to a separate product category. In the last 3-4 versions, the widget does not work correctly.
In older versions of the theme, the widget had a drop-down list. Now it is gone.- This topic was modified 1 month ago by iskandernow.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page BuilderThank you in advance.

iskandernowParticipantHello. I have not disabled all plugins as this widget is used for woocommerce attributes.
Please make changes through a child theme as when updating the theme the changes made may be overwritten.

iskandernowParticipantHello. Can I find out more exact dates when the widget will be fixed? On the comments page (https://themeforest.net/item/woodmart-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/20264492/comments) in response to one of the questions they wrote that the next update will be released in 2-3 months. Sorry, but I don’t have that much time to wait. The site needs to be launched in a couple of weeks.

iskandernowParticipantHello. The update has been released. The widget visually looks fine, but it is not possible to select a specific category. The error has not been fixed.

Artem TemosKeymasterTo fix this issue, try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings.
.wp-customizer .select2-container--xts { z-index: 500001; }

Artem TemosKeymasterIt seems like you revoked our admin access and we can test it on your website now. Could you please restore the access?
November 27, 2024 at 5:06 pm #616708
iskandernowParticipantI have restored access to my account. The login details are the same.

Artem TemosKeymasterAs we can see, you didn’t paste the code to the custom CSS section https://monosnap.com/file/swvgrD4Jqp6L8TZ8omnJOcYhk2xIa1
