Widget Product (Grid or Carousel)

Hi,

I have a question. The product widget gives the option to choose category or tag. But when I enter 2 or more characters from one of my excisting tags or cateogry: nothing is found. So this elements does not seem to work? Might be minor. Can someone tell me what I do wrong/

I don’t understand. See the screenschot. This is a new page where I wan’t e Productgrid. You see I put in ‘ Bad’ this is one of my categories. Nothing is found. What’s the differents? Where did you tested it and got it working?

Yes, we see this problem. Please, disable all external plugins and send us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong.

I shut down many plugins earlier. Now only woocommerce and woodmart core remain. My site doesn’t work at the moment.

It seems like your product attributes are corrupted and that is why they can’t be loaded there. Maybe you used some import mechanism and now they don’t work at all. You need to delete all imported attributes or fix them somehow.
