Will updates stop after support period expire?

I have been a tremendously happy Woodmart user, but I am afraid I will not be able to extend my support this winter. Therefore, I would like to ask you a stupid question: will I still receive updates for my theme even if I don’t renew the support period?

Hello,

You will be able to update your theme regardless of the theme support. You can update your theme in Appearance > Themes > Woodmart (parent) > update. Alternatively, you can upload the recent archiver from your account on Themeforest forever till the Themeforest changes the conditions.

I wanted to try reinstalling Woodmart on one of my websites where the WoodMart license key was activated, because I wanted to switch from WP Bakery to Elementor, but I have unfortunately lost access to my themeforest account. May I please ask you if there is a possibility to download the theme and get back my licence key from somewhere?

Please restore your account, there should be the option. Contact Themeforest support. Also, send me your email in the private area, I will send you the purchase code and theme.

Please note: It is not possible to convert an existing site that is built on WP bakery page builder into Elementor. In order to have a site basing on the Elementor builder, it is necessary to replicate the site from scratch on a new WordPress installation with the Elementor plugin.
