Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
As for the page title, you can disable it while editing your home page in Dashboard -> Pages. Be sure that you are running the latest version of the theme – 4.0.2

Please, disable all external plugins and be sure that you don’t have any custom CSS or JS code in Theme Settings.
