wishlis is not working in the latest version of woocommerce

wishlist is not working without login. after login, it’s working perfectly. but without login, it’s not working, but when I add the product into the cart the session will start, after that whishlist and compare working fine. What’s the logic behind it. kindly let me know what’s the issue behind it.

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Shop >> Wishlist and make sure that this option is disabled.

If the problem still continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website.
