1. You can create your own Product categories and upload the featured image. Or navigate to Products > Categories > select the category and replace the image

2. You can configure the layout in the Theme settings > Footer and you can change the content in Appearance > Widgets.

We do not have any recommendations on images cause it depends on the image. You can see which sizes we have in our demo via the Browser inspector.

What plugin do you use? If you use WPML, you should find these lines in WPML > String Translation.

If you translate with Loco, find in Loco > themes > WoodMart.

Mobile menu can be only icons. There is no option to configure the text.
