Hi,

“My” is not working … No idea why

Symptom: when you click “add to favorite”, the number of favorites near “heart” icon is increasing.
When you click on “heart” icon, nothing happens.
As a dummie, the links are incorrect.

Q1: how to sort this out?
Q2: would it be possible to migrate the favorites in Basel, to Woodmart? It seems -but I am a dummie- that they are in different databases

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins are deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.

I made what you did, even if all plugins are desactivated, it does not solve the issue.

To show it differently:
The wishlist page is set to my-account page (mon compte in French)
As you see in image below, 3 products are in wishlist (near wishlist icon on top).
If I click on wishlist icon, in account dashboard or on icon (on top right), nothing happens.
Indeed, when the mouse goes over the icon, you see that the links is toward mon-compte / my-account, and not to any specific area.

Permalinks are activated and working. That said, I have had issues on links when WP is upgrading: “the response is not a valid JSON”. Then, I do like in tutorials, change permalink structure (eg to plain), and then switch back to post-name. What is effectively sorting this specific json issue.

Please create a separate page and assign it as Wishlist in the Theme settings > Shop > Favorite.
