it-1760ParticipantI have used your Mega Electronics theme on my website, and when I try to add any product items to my wish list and comapre list, it is not working. It shows the count in the header section, but when I go to the wishlist and comapre list pages, it is not showing the added items. I have tried your Live Woodmart theme to check the issue and found the issue on your theme, so can you please check and provide the solution ASAP as my client is losing business due to this bug?
Please check the attached the screenshot below of your live theme to see which wishlist and compare list are not working.

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

Thanks for the response.
Have you checked my email properly? I don’t think so. I have reported an issue on your live theme. Please check the screenshot properly. I have also provided your live theme URL, but you have not provided any answer on it. Is your live theme having plug-in issues?
Every time we report any issue in theme support, we get the same answer that deactivates all the plug-ins and checks. To deactivate all the plug-ins, it is not an easy process; you need to check the reported issue fully before sending a reply. As in my email, it clearly shows that the live theme has issues with the wishlist and comapre list. Do I have to add the plug-in to your live theme?
This problem I am facing in all my woodmart themes, so I am not sure that is the plug-in issue.
Can you please provide the solution ASAP, as we cannot deactivate all the plug-ins on different websites?
I have added my test website details.

The issue is on the demo site is because of the WP Rocket cache plugin only on this demo not the other demos so it means there is no issue in the theme or demo site.
On your site, it is also because of the cache, please remove all sorts of cache from the site and server then check back the site, I am sure the wishlist and compare pages will work fine.

We have removed the all-cache-related plug-in and also disabled the server cache, but we are still facing the wishlist and comapre list issues on our website.

On the above website, when we add any product to the wishlist/comapre list and navigate to the wishlist/comapre list, it shows properly, but when we go back to the product listing screen and add another product again and, clicking on the wishlist, it shows an old product added. Not showing the new products added.
Please provide solution ASAP.

First, Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.6 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option.
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

I have deactivated the plug-in and checked, but the issue still remains the same. We have also updated the theme with the latest version but are still facing the issue. Can you please debug and provide the solution?
I have added the details of my test website, so you can disable the plug-in if you want to check.

Try to temporarily disable the CDN and remove the server cache/browser cache /site cache and check the issue.
