Your theme options are not saved. The problem with disk space and space allocation.
You need to execute some server commands for this
You need to increase the PHP max input vars parameter from 10000 to 20000 and increase the max time.

After that Go to Theme Settings > Shop > Wishlist > select a page for wishlist. Then Go to Compare, set the page for compare and check the issue.

I added 3 items to wishlist
But only 2 appeare

I have visited your site and added the 3 products in the wishlist and it is showing fine.

Sometimes, outdated or cached files can cause display issues. Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache.
