wishlist and compare pages show no products after I added products without login, i saw that issue on your official demo either. and also when I added a button with a link to whatsapp or anything else the link of the page is also added to the link, the link became to https://mydomain.org.il/compares/wa.link/up58zr
instead of wa.link/up58zr
i tried to deactivate all the plugins and no change

Firstly, we have checked on our Test Site, the Products are being added to Wishlist and Compare without Login and showing fine there too. Here are the Pages link where you can check for yourself too:

1- On your Site, the Compare icon isn’t enabled right now. We suppose that’s why we are not able to view it.
With the Wishlist Icon on your Site, the issue is persisting as we have seen.

So, please make sure that please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.0.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.35. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

2- Regarding your second concern of WhatsApp button adding. Please elaborate that concern more with some useful Screenshots and the Page URLs so that we can better understand and assist you accordingly.

and about the buttons link, you can see 2 sticky left-side buttons of WhatsApp and Facebook press on them and you will see for example that whatsapp will take you to https://wordpress-775734-3153254.cloudwaysapps.com/wa.link/up58zr
instead of the link in the image and that problem also with your social buttons

It seems that you have made up your Site Content using two page builders at the same time i.e. Elementor & WPBakery both which are usually incorrect. It can cause conflict on the Site.

On your Staging Site, it seems that the Demo was initially imported with WPBakery page builder. So, you need to keep that page builder Plugin active through which you have imported the Demo with.

1- Regarding the WhatsApp share link concern, you were using a third party Plugin for the Sticky Icons so we can’t say much about that as to why it isn’t working there. But under the Theme Settings > Social Profiles > Sticky social links enabled > and then we input your mentioned URL in the WhatsApp area there > and the link redirection was working fine: https://www.veed.io/view/f9641003-9827-4e71-b0a8-7e9615f52e92

2- This is the cache issue, please remove all sorts of the cache from the site and server then check back the site, I am sure your issue will be solved.

Wishlist and compare still not working without elementor and without cache

This means that his site is under the influence of some cache. It can be both a plugin or a cache on hosting. If the plugin has already been discussed, then let him check the cache on the hosting. Our theme cannot influence this.
