Wishlist feature is not working

    Please see screencast
    I added a few items the counter does not increase, and the page says no items in Wishlist.
    It is configured correctly as per your documentation.

    The compare was set up the same way as the wishlist and it works fione.

    wishlist is now working but the icon does not change counts at the top of the page

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you have updated all the theme plugins including Woodmart Core plugin after the theme update.

    If yes, then please send me the WP admin login details of your site so I will check it further and solve the issue.

    We are seeing a lot of third party Plugins on your Site, can you please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    Now as you provided the Staging Site for the Test where all the third party Plugins were deactivated and only the Woodmart Core and WooCommerce plugins are active. We have checked the Wishlist concern and it was working fine by then. Please refer to the following Video: https://www.veed.io/view/0def2d6f-7e04-4a5f-bfc3-bcfc9654230e/

    So, you would now need to activate your third party Plugins one by one to see which Plugin is causing the conflict. Also, remember to clear your browser and server cache too.

    Hi Aiziz,
    please see video it is only working for NON logged in users.
    If you are logged in it still does not work.
    No plugins have been re-activated either.

    Hello,

    Sorry to say but it seems to be the Cache issue on your end because the Wishlist is working fine while Logged out so this clears the fact that the Wishlist itself doesn’t have an issue. Otherwise, it wouldn’t have worked white Logged out too.

    So, can you please ask your Hosting Provider to once try to disable the CDN/Cloudflare on your Site for the time being while you are Customizing your Site (if it is enabled, if not then ignore this part), flush it completely along with that completely clear your Browser as well as Server cache and then check back the issue again. Hopefully, you won’t find the issue again.
