Wishlist Icon product card in the Shop

Hi,
I undrestand that when a product is added to the wishlist, it should tell the visitor that it is already added to the wishlist by disabling the click function or changing the color of the heart icon to red or soemthing. However, I noticed that this function does not exist, and everytime I go to the shop page I can add the same product again to the wishlist, even though it is in the wishlist.
Any solution for this?

There is no option now, however we shall consider adding this to one of our updates. We do not promise to implement in the nearest update.

So how come many other themes out there like Porto have implemented such feature and it seems they have had no issue with it? Just curious!
Yes, they all use YITH Wishlist plugin and it is not working well with cache plugins. Here is official developers reply about this https://wordpress.org/support/topic/yith-wishlist-working-with-cache-plugins/
