Wishlist into Contact Form 7

I’m creating a “Book An Appointment” CF7 form page. I would like to integrate the Product Wishlist into the form and into the e-mail submissions, too. Did you already handle the same feature?

Sorry, but we didn’t have a chance to work on a similar task. Probably, it may require some extra customization work and we don’t have an instruction for this.
