Wishlist is Empty translate problem?

How can I translate the marked section into another language? Loco Translate doesn’t find that.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please Go to Loco Translate >> Themes >> Woodmart and click the Sync button first to find the string and translate.

If you are still unable then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
