Wishlist no longer working

Hi there,

The wishlist is no longer working on my site and can’t work out why. I’ve checked the wishlist page and settings in yith but can’t figure it out.

Would you mind taking a look for me?

I have created you a user and pasted details in private content.

I have test your site and noticed that you did not set any page for your wishlist form theme settings >> shop >> wishlist.

Kindly create a new page and then used the "[woodmart_wishlist]" shortcode inside that page. This will surely fix the issue.

Thanks for the help! I’m not sure what happened as was working lol.

I have another problem with the wishlist… It is showing that I have 2 items in my wishlist over the wishlist icon however there are no items in my wishlist (please see attached screenshot).

Any ideas how I reset the wishlist counter?

It seems the plugin you contain “YITH WooCommerce Wishlist” is responsible for this. Deactivate that plugin and clear your site and browser cache then check back.

In case if the issue still there then deactivate all the third party plugins and let me know I will test with theme default plugins.

I’m a bit confused… I had a page called wishlist with the following code:

[yith_wcwl_wishlist]

Was that page incorrect?

I created a new one called My Wishlist and added the code:

[woodmart_wishlist]

everything works now.

Was the first page created incorrect as I thought it was the one created by the demo import?

Hello,

The wishlist page created with the code "[woodmart_wishlist]" is the correct one and this one is provided by the demo.

The other one is created by your third party plugin. You can check from the theme settings >> shop >> wishlist. The code is mentioned there.
