Wishlist Not Working

epanda.tanParticipantHi I have just notice that:
1. When user login and add item to wishlist, item NOT added to wishlist.
2. When user not login, and add item to wishlist. It’s working as normal.I have deactivate all the plug-in and it doesn’t help.
Please review.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

Thank you for your support.
He have tried deactivating the plug-in and it didn’t help.This issue happen before we install Rank Math SEO and WP-Funnel. Please try not to deactivate these two plug-in if possible.
Please help review to fix up this Wishlist issue.

I think there is an issue with the server cache. Please delete and disable all sorts of cache plugins or apps from the server then check back the site. I am sure your issue will be solved.

This only happen to user that login. If user not login, the wishlist is working fine.
Also this was happening over 2 weeks and we just didn’t have a chance to look into it.
I have install LiteSpeed Cash and Purge all, and still didn’t work.
Could you please review this further for me?

After I flash all cache, it doesn’t help. I check again after 10h and it doesn’t make any different.
Also it causing issue on the mobile viewing, as all the icon doesn’t show up after caching.Please help review.

You are genius and I am very happy with WoodMart support theme.
Now i notice the home page is not working, only showing the heading page.
This happen after I deactivate and reactivate the Elementor as part of the troubleshooting for this WishList issue.I guess it’s Theme compatibility with the new Elementor version.

As you can see I have all the plug-in deactivate. Only keep the WoodMart default plug-in.
If deactivate Elementor, I can see items and picture etc but not in a correct format
If I have activate elementor, I can only see the heading. This only happen yesterday after some change when we work on WishList and Add-to-Cart icon change.One thing I notice, when I go to Home page, there is no Elementor editing tab on the top page.
However if I go to other page, I can see the Elementor editing tab.Can I ask what was the change to make WishList working, so that I might have to restore the backup and apply your change / code?

We had just created a new home page “ePanda Home” because the original home page theme was corrupt when I edited with Elementor.
The new home page look OK now but I am concerning that it may be causing other error when we do full test check as the original home page is linking to many other things.
Do you think I should better restore my backup file to 4 days ago and you update your change in relation to the wishlist? At least we all sure that it’s good start to move on with less error.
Please let me know what you think and I am happy to restore back the backup now.

The new home page was created to test and confirm that the issue with original home page is corrupted. If your change of code in relation to WishList doesn’t take long, would you happy for me to restore the full backup (4 days ago) of the working one and you apply your fix of the wishlist.

There are some glitches on the theme/elementor causing the home page doesn’t show up after some test where we need to roll back everything. Now it appears to be WORKING WELL.
Thank you for your time and patient with us. Please kindly update the fix WISHLIST issue and proceed to close this ticket.

Thank you and it works.
I noticed you have added a section “My Account” menu in the WishLists page.
Is there an option to remove or hide the “My Account” menu so it looks like the original WoodMart theme which is alot more user friendly especially for mobile page. If we display the section “My Account” menu on the WishList page, user have to scroll down couple time before they can see their wishlist item.I wanna make sure if we can remove or hide this and not impacting the wishlist functionality that you have fixed.

epanda.tanParticipantJust to confirm, I mean only hide the “My Account” menu from the wistlist mobile page. The desktop display is AS GOOD AS IT IS. It’s good to have that menu for desktop.
