marinigerardiParticipantGood morning, I installed woodmart with woocommerce, when customers create accounts on woocommerce they find orders that they never made, If you would like to try as well to create an account and see the orders that appear. Can you help me to fix.

marinigerardiParticipantI already tried with Storefront it doesn’t even give me loghin space. I purchase create acount though I can’t reconnect to my account, I can only do it through wordpress.

It looks like everything works well for now. I have checked it by registering a new account and in the “Orders” tab I didn’t see anything (check the below video).

marinigerardiParticipantHi Luke, Alright I tried as well now and it comes up empty, however there is the that finds in her account an order she didn’t place, straight on the order you can see it’s another person. The lady registered a week ago and the order is from 2018.

The thing is that the registration, orders, buying the products and other similar functionality comes from WooCommerce and our theme, unfortunately, cannot influent it.

marinigerardiParticipantGood morning Luke, sorry to contradict, but it is not the plugin that use your theme, it is your theme that use the plugin. I have asked Woocommerce support to intervene but after tests done it turns out that the theme giving the problems. You theme sell it together with Woocommerce as compatible and working 100%. You yourself asked me to do the test, and Woocommerce turns out to be working. Please help me to solve this problem, I can’t change the theme now.

In the account in which there is an allegedly non-existent order (https://prnt.sc/UDrI9VkWf9w8), this order was made through the same email and it was saved.
In general, it’s not an issue because of such work WooCommerce. In case, if you want to sort it out, you need to contact their support team because our theme doesn’t influent it.
