truepathmgmParticipantHello XTemos Support,
I am experiencing an issue with the WoodMart Layout Builder after updating my website.
Environment
Theme: WoodMart 8.5.5
WoodMart Core: 1.1.8
WordPress: 7.0.2
WooCommerce: 10.9.4
Elementor: 3.35.0 (rolled back from 4.2.1)
Elementor Pro: 3.35.0
PHP: 8.3.30
PHP Memory Limit: 1536M
PHP Max Input Vars: 10000
Theme License: Activated (purchased directly from ThemeForest)
Issue DescriptionI am trying to build a custom Product Loop Item Layout using the WoodMart Layout Builder.
I created a completely new layout:
WoodMart → Layouts → Add New → Product Loop Item
The editor opens successfully.
However, when I add the WooCommerce Hook block, it does not display any hook configuration options.
The Block Settings panel only shows:
Style
Advanced
Margin
Padding
Width
Layout
AnimationsThere is no Hook selector (such as woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item or other WooCommerce hooks).
Because of this, I cannot build a custom product card.
Troubleshooting Already Performed
I have already tested the following:
✅ Theme license is activated.
✅ WoodMart Core plugin is active.
✅ WooCommerce is active.
✅ Increased max_input_vars to 10000.
✅ PHP Memory Limit is 1536M.
✅ Cleared all caches.
✅ Created a brand-new Product Loop Layout from scratch.
✅ Tested with Elementor 3.35.0.
✅ Restored a fresh backup.
✅ The issue occurs even in a brand-new layout.
Additional InformationI also found another issue.
Updating Elementor to 4.2.1 causes my Home page to become uneditable with Elementor.
The editor displays:
“Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template.”
Rolling back both Elementor and Elementor Pro to 3.35.0 restores Home page editing.
Expected Behaviour
When adding the WooCommerce Hook block inside a Product Loop Layout, I expect to see the Hook configuration (for example):
woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item
woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item_title
woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item
etc.Instead, only generic Style/Advanced settings appear.
Request
Could you please confirm:
Is this a known compatibility issue with WordPress 7.0.2?
Is this related to WoodMart 8.5.5?
Is there any fix or workaround available?
Are there any additional plugins or settings required for the WooCommerce Hook block to function correctly?I have attached screenshots showing:
The new Product Loop Layout.
The selected WooCommerce Hook block.
The Block Settings panel (showing no Hook selector).Thank you very much for your assistance.
