You can find this option in Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product Grid, configure the product category page and shop page.

Yes, but I want to have subcategories and products on the category page. Just separate categories from products so that there are different styles.

The default Woocommerce does not provide the option.

You can create a custom page, add the Product category element, select the sub-categories you want to show.

Below you can add the Product Grid element and show the products by category or tag.
