woocomerce checkout/order-pay/ template showing second step title (goes back)

1. the woocomerce checkout/order-pay/ template is showing the second step title (goes back one step)
instead of the third step.
2. can the third step title be customized for this specific order-pay page ?

1. Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

2. Our support does not cover customization of the Woocommmerce, you will have to find a developer.
