dimitris-pilParticipantHi,
I have just added the shop sidebar in order to be able to use some filters in my shop.
So in the Widgets > Shop page Widget Area, I added two woo filters. When I tried to test if they are working properly I saw that they are not. (e.g Price range doesn’t change the results). Could you please check it?
Thanks,

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Filters are the Woocommerce functionality, WoodMart theme does not influence.
Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.
Make sure you have assigned the attributes accordingly.
Best Regards

dimitris-pilParticipantHi,
But the shop page is not Woodmart’s. It’s Woocommerce. So, how the filters are not working?
Thanks

dimitris-pilParticipantI want to apply similar filters such as your demo shop page
https://preview.themeforest.net/item/woodmart-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/20264492What exactly filters have you used?
Thanks

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Your link shows the home page of our demo without filters. Do you mean these filters: https://gyazo.com/e5ad273d2d7551510e85de3279e4f7bc
If so, find our documentation tutorial about this here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/create-filters-form/
Woocommerce filters would not work on any page except shop and product category pages.
Best Regards

dimitris-pilParticipantHi,
No, you missunderstood. I am referring to the filters at the sidebar in Shop page.
These filters are being set by the Widgets. My question is: Why Woocomerce filters are not working?
Also, I saw your demo sidebar and it works fine. What are the widgets you are using? Thanks

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
There is something with Woocommerce, I get the second issue for today.
Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.I suggest to deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. This testing may take up to 15 minutes. You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards

dimitris-pilParticipantHi,
I confirm that you can perform the testing.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please try to make the sidebar bigger in the shop page settings: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/
And use Woocommerce or WoodMart widgets only in Appearance > Widgets > Shop page widget area: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please have a look at the price filter on this page: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/ this is the default Woocommerce filter.
And below you can see WoodMart attribute filters.
I have switched to the Storefront theme and your customized price filter does not work as well as the attribute filters https://gyazo.com/c3074a833ef28e75fb266ddf114c664f
I have disabled all the plugins not related to the theme, and child theme.
1. Set the sidebar for the shop page in the Theme Settings > Archive page > Siedebar
2. Add Woocommerce default filter and Woocommerce filters or Woodmart filters, check how they work.
3. Delete CMB2 and Redux plugins. They are removed from the theme in version 4+, now the theme version is 6.1.4.
4. Activate the plugins one by one detecting which one causes the problem.
5. Activate the child theme.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
