enesfiratt0ParticipantI’m experiencing an issue with the new native variation gallery introduced in WooCommerce 11.1.
Variation gallery images are saved correctly in the product editor, but on the frontend an additional variation image appears blank/white after selecting the variation. Even if the product image opens, it cannot be changed.
I performed a conflict test using WordPress Health Check & Troubleshooting Mode.
Test result:
With WoodMart disabled and a default WordPress/WooCommerce theme active, the native WooCommerce variation gallery works correctly.
As soon as I enable the WoodMart theme, the problem appears again. Therefore, the issue seems to be related to WoodMart’s compatibility with the new WooCommerce 11.1 native variation gallery.
I also installed the recently released WoodMart Patcher update:
Patch ID: 728198 – UPDATED: WooCommerce templates
It updated the following files:
woodmart/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php
woodmart/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php
woodmart/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.phpUnfortunately, the patch did not resolve the issue.
I also tested with WoodMart’s Additional variation images option disabled and used only WooCommerce’s native Variation Gallery. The problem still occurs when WoodMart is active.
Expected behavior:
The variation’s primary image and additional gallery images should display correctly after selecting the variation.Actual behavior:
The variation changes correctly, but one of the gallery images is displayed as a blank/white area.Could you please investigate compatibility with WooCommerce 11.1’s native Variation Gallery?
I can provide temporary admin access and a test product URL if required.
Thank you.

Thank you for the detailed information and testing.
I have checked your site and it is working correctly. The variation images and additional gallery images are displayed properly after selecting the variation.

enesfiratt0ParticipantIf you switch between other variations, you will notice that some are missing. Also, once a product is selected, the image does not change when pressing the left and right buttons.
Furthermore, the up and down arrow keys on the left—which should be aligned directly beneath the image—are instead positioned below a large gap.

Please deactivate all the 3rd-party plugins and activate only the theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

enesfiratt0ParticipantI had already tried the steps you suggested. I applied them again, but unfortunately, the result is the same. The issue is specific to the gallery for products with variations. There is no problem if I add just one product image, but the issue arises when I add two or more. This started happening after the WooCommerce update.
